I finally bred my foundation Lipizzan mare. She carries a copy of each of the dilutions that I want in my herd: Cream, Pearl, Champagne, and Dun, all on a Black base. After just shy under 729 years of breeding I've finally made it to my goal. Admittedly, her breeder's report is awful, as tends to be the case with my fillies, but that can be easily fixed.

Congrats! So you're not going for grey in your herd?

Nope. There's another player who will be doing grey Lipis, but I'm going for colors that would have been in the breed historically (minus champagne), before grey became most desired.

I asked Larissa a really long time ago and I've been using random horses to track my farm's age ever since.
