Positions and what they do
President: Is head of the committee. They create and run the races and make things official. They oversee that everything runs smoothly. If they can, they are to carry out the results of the voting. They need to be fair, cooperative, dedicated, follows rules/regulations, responsible, reliable, and is organized.
Vice President: Fills in for the President in case the President can't do their job. They need to be fair, cooperative, dedicated, follows rules/regulations, responsible, reliable, and is organized.
Treasurer: They are to keep track financial records and are to report the financial records. They need to be cooperative, dedicated, follows rules/regulations, responsible, reliable, dependable, and is organized.
Secretary: They are to make sure that the voting is going smoothly and that everyone votes. They help communicate projects, results, and issues to everyone else on the committee. They are to make sure that the other board members are doing their job. They need to be fair, cooperative, dedicated, follows rules/regulations, responsible, reliable, and is organized.
Board Members (there will be 3 board member positions): They are the ones to vote for the awards and whatever other issues there are and if there are any projects needed to be done, they will be the ones responsible to complete the projects. A community member who has a question, they are responsible for answering the question unless they do not know the answer. They need to be fair, cooperative, dedicated, follows rules/regulations, responsible, reliable, and is organized.
