This colt is like nothing that i have ever seen he looks black but i know he is too light to be black not the right colour for grulla either so i just cant place him!

Black. Possibly smoky black but there's no way to be sure at this time.
He also has at least one gene that causes the metallic glow of his coat. While this technically doesn't affect the name of his colour, some HWO users like to add it nonetheless.

there is still the silverish tone to his coat so what would that be because i do know that his father is champagne and his mom carries the cream gene

He's smoky black. His sire is smoky cream, not champagne.

I think that silverish tone you are referring to is just the metallic colouring. Metallic colours are common in turkmenes.
