Turkmene stallion that ISN'T 4* Akhal

So in my endeavors of creating a fresh Marwari bloodline, I need an ArabxTurkmene cross; Being new, I found a lovely turkmene stallion and bred him to my mare, and realized now that I need a stallion who doesn't check out 4/4 for the Akhals- my foals are beautiful but I need crossbreeds.

So, the easiest way is to see if I can get my hands on a stallion that's less than 14.1, or taller than 16.3 (So horses 14H-, or 17H+); however, as long as your stallion isn't high quality akhal material, I'll be more than a happy camper.

I'm digging through the stud ads right now, but everything I've found is in the ideal ranges.

You could always put your arab mare to something like this stallion

The resulting foal will likely be a part arabian x turkmene, which will breed the same an arabian x turkmene. That particular one might be too heavy for what you want, but you get the idea!

Thanks for the tip! I've sold the mare and moved further on in my breeding program so this no longer applies, but thank you for pointing that out! It will likely come in handy in the future ^^
