The first one is not really "dapple rose". I mean, kind of. I guess you could call her that. But basically, she's a bay horse that's greying out. She's just greying out in a dapply way and rose grey is just a name for the greying out phase of some bays (because some look rose coloured during this phase).
Star Bound is wild bay to be exact.
But you're technically correct (the best kind of correct) on all three.
