i just bought the horse because of coloring someone tell me i know its a blue roan but the mane and tail is what confuses me

This is an AC glitch horse. At the age of 10 years it will un-glitch and become Perlino Tobiano it looks like based n his mane and tail coloring. Sadly this coloring cannot be passed onto his offspring.

Yes, they are super pretty. Some of us are wanting HWO to keep these horses and let them pass it on to their offspring.
