What Tom is trying to say is that the issue is on your end, not on the game's end. Which means that we can only help talk you through it so much and so far, you will need to do the work and attempt to figure out where your issues exists.
However, there is some advise that can be offered.
So here are some ways that your issue may be resolved:
1)Try a different computer or phone.
2)Download a new browser and try that (if you're using firefox, try internet explorer; if you're using chrome, try firefox)
3)You may have pop-up boxes disabled on your browser (trying to walk you through that may be more difficult then I can manage, so try this instead: Right click on Chat Room and try choosing any one of the options to open: new window, new tab, new private tab. Also, depending on your device/browser, you may have other opening options).
4)Update your browser! Often times, using an older browser will make links not work correctly.
5)****Ask your parents**** They may have some permissions on your computer or account (NOT the HWO account), that disables your ability automatically from accessing chat rooms.

See if any of them fixes your issue.
Let us know what happens as well, if it doesn't, maybe there is something you're missing that one of us will have a Eureka moment about.
