Re: What is Fatigue?
Fatigue describes the feeling of being weak after a workout. It's what happens when your muscles, your legs and arms don't want to do what you want them to do.778catsdogshorses33 wrote:What is fatigue? I need a clear easy to understand answer. Fatigue can be used interchangeably with tired. They are very similar and portray similar symptoms.
Fatigue can also happen during and after such things as surgery, sickness and injury.
Fatigue also makes you much more prone to sickness and injury and also limits stamina.
Here on the game, fatigue comes in to play during training. The higher the fatigue number grows, the less successful each round of training becomes.
Any more questions about fatigue or something else?

You can get rid of fatigue by clicking on the moon with z's (skip to the next day), until the fatigue lowers to 0.

Basically don't train your horse for a few turnsThundermare wrote:How can I get rid of fatigue?

Re: What is Fatigue?
A good idea is to end each day's training with some "Lunge on the flat" exercise - that reduces leftover fatigue for the next day. Also, don't work your horse too intensively - the higher the fatigue after training, the more it will stay on for the next day.
