Needed personal trainer

Hey everyone! I'm in need of a personal trainer who is very good at getting things done quickly. For every three horses that you train for me I will be paying up to 2,000,000. I have had some train for me in the past, but I do not want to disturb them with the many horses that I need trained now.

(Please if you don't mind I would like to know why you fit this task)

like about 10(might go up)
