If you're indicating the largest and smallest breeds.
But you'll need to search for them, we did have at one time a contest for the largest and smallest horses. I'm sure a quick search of the forum search option will bring up those topics.

However, off the top of my head, the smallest I recall somebody producing was I think 11 inches and the tallest was 22.3 hands. I think... but I could be wrong about that.

The tallest you can get a horse is 22.0hh, I don't know how tall they have to be at birth to be that tall
