Looking for a Good Racehorse Trainer

I'm looking for a player who can train my racehorses.

Here's what I'm looking for:

1. Training of 1 horse is 20k or under
2. can train 1 horse around 2 or 3 days (real world days)
3. can fully train a horse without aging the horse too much (looking for under 3 years in game time)
4. is trustable and reliable
