I think I'm within a generation of producing the pureblood belgians. There's a bit of dun mixed in, a bit of pangare and flaxen as well. I need to get the dun to hold on for the next generation and hopefully make the pangare go away.
These are the fourth generation I've just produced:

I think they're all 80% belgian or better... but I haven't actually checked.

Yes.
I'm hoping to get the two pair you want, looking much like that... with a little difference between actual coat and dun expressions.

Your first suggestion of a month was likely very accurate. That first and second generation was like pulling teeth to throw the viable genes.

What am I on now... 18 days? I don't know... too long for this project in reality.

LOL :D

I've since put it on the fast-track. I moved a bunch of horse's around and I'm speeding through turns at the moment. Multiple years every day, so I'm really hoping this batch ages up and throws the pure's when they're ready to breed.
We'll see.

Oh, Plus I found a belgian mare on the market.
It's likely she'll die before the end of this project, but she's being helpful as well:

Two horses, a mare and a stallion, offered as an Other sale.
This is a pair of Andalusion makers.

Tonya

Price: 4000
Breed: Part Sorraia x West African Barb [65%]
Age at posting: 8 years, 2 months, 2 weeks
Foals: 1
Training: None
Reasoning for sale: Quest horse. They gave me the Andalusion, so I have no more use for them. Their reports are a a bit stronger then these quests usually make, so I'm asking a little more for them. They have a better base then the average horse.

Thomas

Price: 4000
Breed: Sorraia x Carthusian [50%]
Age at posting: 9 years 2 weeks
Foals: 1
Training: None
Reasoning for sale: Same as above.

SOLD
