How do I tell how many points a horse has ( i am trying to make a champion)

How do we tell how many points a horse has? Like I am trying to make a average horse, a champion. So how do I tell how many points it has, that way I can make it a champion. I know how many you need to be a champion, and then a grand champion, etc. But how do I tell how many points the horse has? Can someone please answer?

The guide for the champion-ing titles is found in the help, guides section.
The accumulated points is found per discipline in the competition record of each horse.
In the first column, you have the discipline.
In the second column, you'll find the accumulated points.
