My foal died?!!!!!!

this mare here I had breed.

her picture proves it. I cant find the foal anywhere and I never got any notification on the foal. Can foals die?

You'll be able to see if and when she gave birth and what may have happened to the foal.

If you remember the stud, also check his offspring to see if he has a foal with a broken mare link.

If nothing still makes sense and nothing comes to light, perhaps admin can see what might have happened (but I'm not too sure about that).
Did you purchase this mare from another player?
Did you own the mare from AC?
These answers might also come into play for our admins.
