What are confos?

Confo is short for conformation. In the real world, it how well built the horse is based on breed standards. It’s kind of like this in game too. The higher the number the with the stat (speed, balance, agility, stamina, intelligence, strength, movement, and tempo) the better. This is useful to know for competitions so you can have an idea of what your horse will be good at.

I don’t have a premium account, and only they can access conformations, so I don’t really understand how the game determines the numbers. I willing ping a few premium players and maybe they can help out more.

What are confos?

Conformation is the shape of the horse or animal in general. To be able to compete in certain competion you want it to be shaped a certain way.

The conformation stats say that it will be better in Dressage, Driven Dressage and Hunter.
With that being said you want to look for the four highest stats, as all disciplines except for racing require 4 stats. The highest four stats are Movement 69, Stamina 37, Tempo 32 and Strength 30.

Now how does the shape of the animal contributes to these stats?
In the conformation section you'll find below the stats box the measurements of different locations on the horse.
Example:
Withers/Shoulder Angle (Upright ↔ Sloped)
Sloping shoulders increase a horses range of motion which is advantageous to movement and, to a lesser degree, tempo.
+6 tempo, +12 movement (Actual Horse Points Earned)
^^^ So with that being said, if this horse had more of an upright shoulder it would have less movement but more tempo.

Goes for that same with the other measurements for the horse. If this still doesnt make sense you may just have to play around with breeding a little bit.

Conformation is not related to the Breeding Report.
Aka you horse can have 65 movement and not have a green or a gold in that stat. The Breeding report is acquired by breeding positive/equal stats to one another to help increase the carry over from the mare/stallion or possible increase it. From no stat to green stat then to gold stat as per say.
