I could use some prayers
I'm panicking because my hip hurts a lot and my first track meet is coming up in 4 days. I really don't want to miss it but I don't know what to do.

tell your parents or guardians about it instead of just posting about it ingame?PeacefulOreo wrote:I'm panicking because my hip hurts a lot and my first track meet is coming up in 4 days. I really don't want to miss it but I don't know what to do.

I used to run track back in highschool. You may have pulled a muscle from practice or just slept a bit wonky. If you just do the running events, do a couple of stretches/exercises and see if that helps, but also tell your coach about your hip.
And as vallers has said, tell your guardian/parent!

Like vallers and BlanketMonster said.
It is extremely important to take care of your body, especially when young, because if serious injuries occur when you're young and they're not taken care of properly, that could lead to serious problems in just a couple years.
It is more important that your body is taken care of then a track meet that won't make or break your future. Think about the career of most professional players, if you want to travel down that route, then it's imperative you put your body, not your career first, you'll last longer and be in less long-term pain for life.
Consider the long-term effects before the short-term gains.
Good Luck!

Re: I could use some prayers
Update: I went to the trainer and it's an inflammation of my muscle. If all goes well, I should be able to be at the track meet.
