Spiders...

The falling spiders are seriously making this site lag, at least for me, so would it be possible to make them fall bit less frequently? There might be two or three simultaneously and even typing this message lags.. Other sites are fine so I'm pretty sure it's the spiders.

It was lagging me, too, so I adblocked them. It could be a game all by itself, catch the falling spider with my adblocker, but I got it eventually and the lag stopped.

They weren't lagging for me (on my PC... my phone is another matter), but I don't like spiders much so I'm glad to be rid of them. I'd be ok if they were around for 1 week before halloween, but 2-3 weeks is a bit much.
