Help? How do you guys do it

Post by countrycool »

What do you guys do when your a breeding farm and a competing farm. Breeding farms use up a lot of days which will age your competing horses. Do you just move your competing horses to a second account? :D Id love to know what y'all do, as im a breeder and I compete.

Yes, my horses (that I used to compete) are stored on my second account :)

I'm brand new here and I've been wondering about this. If the game keeps on interesting me like at the moment, I'm considering getting a second account to follow the above approach; and also to upgrade my accounts.

How does one go about transferring horses/money between accounts?
Are there any rules of which I should be aware regarding this - where do I find them?

Thank you.

You should swing by and take a look through our help, guides forum, there is at least one article in there that does cover the basics like this.

We're allowed two accounts and each account is allowed to freely move horses and money between them. Post a horse (you should consider posting at offers only to prevent somebody buying your horse) for sale. Offer on your own horse for whatever transfer of money you choose. Accept the offer on your horse. In this way, horses and money can be freely shared between both your accounts.

We cannot share PT. This has been discussed many times and it seems both the community and our admin will prefer to keep it this way.

If you choose to not use the private sales (offers only), and somebody else purchases your horse before you can transfer your horse, the error lays with you. You chose to post your horse for 'public' sale. If this happens, feel free to ask for your horse to be returned, but do not demand and such words as 'I had it marked private or transfer only' does not earn much sympathy when we have the availability of the private sales. All that being said, if you do make a mistake and your horse is sold before you can correct the error, also understand that there are rules in place that forbid another player from holding a horse hostage. What this means is that your horse cannot be withheld from you until you pay an enormous fee. You are welcome to offer freely a higher amount to aid in getting your horse back, but another player cannot demand you to do so. However, the horse is sold, ask for it's return, but it's up to the purchaser whether to return the horse, or keep it.

Thank you very much for explaining, this already covers my most important concerns.

I'm also working through reading all the old forum topics in the help section so I'm sure I'll discover some more information.
