Need some help with colours

Trying to wrap my head round this


I'm thinking just a palomino but could it be silver causing the different mane and tail colour?



Pretty confident he's bay dun.



Sooty buckskin maybe?



I don't know where to start with him.









And then I think these 4 are all silver buckskins.

- Sooty is what's causing the slightly odd mane and tail colour. Sooty is progressive, so the horse will most likely get darker with age, in a pattern similar to his sire and grandsire. Silver has no effect on red based horses. Horse also has quite clear body dilution and a dorsal associated with dun

5. Correct. Possibly also dun, but very unsure here. I would wait and see if she has any dun offspring when paired with a non-dun sire. But I lean towards no dun.
