Opinion On My Mare! ;)

Post by Noelle W »

Hey there! Thanks for taking a look at my post1

This is my mare "Snow in the Sand".
http://www.horseworldonline.net/horse/profile/1673200

She is my 4-year-old Arabian that I am attempting to raise as my top computer. Obviosuly, as you can see I am extremely inexperienced and emptied my barns recently.

I am focusing on training her and right now I am working on her Stamina and then I will move on.

I am open to suggestions, comments, compliments, criticism, and such about her. ;) I have to say I am proud how far she has come.

thanks!

But I disagree about not training her. She is more than enough to at least become a good grinder for you.
Follow the training guide. Stamina is the correct one to train up first. The training guide is important to shortening the time it takes to train a horse fully. It's found in the help, guides section.

A good grinder, or even the beginning of a competition line can just as easily start with a mare as a stud. Plus, you can also just as easily breed her during training as well.

And so you know, this mare is a red dun with appaloosa blanket and tobiano socks.

Thanks for the helpful advice! I know she isn't the most amazing with her stats but I think I will try and train her to her full potential! thx again ;)

For a grinder match, just locate one that has a decent HGP and balanced breeder's report of any breed or style.

For a competition line, I'd recommend locating one that has a good winning percentage in the same areas that your mare excels in (or her lineage excels in). But to find a good stud for this case, you'll have to wait to see what your mare excels in after being fully trained. And that's player-made competitions, not local shows. Local shows are only a beginning, to fully test, player-made competitions after full training in at least the required stats is best.
