I think this has already been answered elsewhere, but I'll repeat it for others searching this topic.

You'll need to password reset.
You will do that only on the homepage of the game, so you'll need to sign out first, and then under the sign-in boxes, you'll see a link that reads: 'I forgot my password'

This will send information to your email and will help you reset your password to sign back in.
