i need admins help

i have an account i want to set up as a side account and it wont let me because it says the email is in use. it is my school email and i dont use it. can someone help me?

Did you use it to signup on your main account?

If there is an account with that email address you should be able to recover it. If not you may have to create a new email address for the account.

the link just says loading and i know the email i just cant remember the username i put on it
