Welcome! Here's a thread showing which stats each discipline considers:

With what exactly?
The locals use the same stats as that chart offers, as do the player-mades.

Help is a very broad word and there is a lot of different aspects to the game. Tackle them one at a time and the community will begin to walk you through where you might get stuck.

My quick-links has a beginner guides section that has a line-up of all the guides and in-depth answers to the basic questions of the game.

Oh, yes, this does make more sense.

On the QuickStart Guide for Newbies that was linked, there is a set of instructions for if the tutorial appears to get stuck. Here's the quote from that:
Tutorial
The tutorial is designed to allow you to get the feel of the game and how it progresses. It will offer a lot of little extras as you complete each objective. It should be decently self explanatory and thus far has offered little to no problems. If you find yourself stuck, the community should be able to help. If you find an objective seems ‘stuck’, try clicking on the banner, clicking on the notification, going into your quests section (found under your player… look left), try emptying your internet caches and history. If these suggestions don’t work, you can try a different browser, or a different computer. You can also check to make sure you have inventory room (found under your player tab), purchasing a halter, applying a halter to a horse or even purchasing an adoption centre horse.
I've highlighted in red the part that should get you moving again. Sometimes people find it start working again by visiting the quests section twice in unison. The quests section is found under Player (drop-down menu), Quests.

Let us know if this helps you or not. :D
