In almost 100% of the cases, the glitch horses will be ONLY AC horses. (Adoption Centre)

This horse is not a glitch horse. It's being affected by both varnish and sooty and in her case, it's the sooty that's making the mane darker.
In fact, this mare started out as a chestnut pangare with a blanket (and epic snowflakes; very nice!).
