First we should check the forums for the things that big daddy doughnut has posted, and take a look at Their farm. I can do this real quick. From the looks of things, big daddy doughnut seems to be pretty honest and trustworthy. However, their farm is pretty small as of now... They are also trying to sell off all their horses.PeacefulOreo wrote:ping

Dont let big daddy in they seem like they want something plus their new.PeacefulOreo wrote:Also, I will be gone most of the day tomorrow (I'll be on a bit early morning) because of school and my track meet right after school ends, which may take between 2 hours and 4 hours.PeacefulOreo wrote:
So, here are some things I would like to ask:
- Do we want to have our rules be like this?:
1. Be respectful
2. Be responsible
3. Please do not use this as just a way to earn yourself money. The United Racing Thoroughbred Breeders Club is for every member in it to be able to breed good racing Thoroughbreds and to share them (putting stallions up for stud, selling, and/or leasing) with the rest of the members. Sharing is basically contributing to the project.
4. Understand that if enough members want to (decided by voting), we will be able to change any rules, standards, and if necessary, to kick a member out. We will only kick a member out if that member is bullying/being mean (the rest of us will decide whether or not it is actual bullying/being mean), teasing someone in a mean way, lying, stealing (Ex: you're training someone's horse but you decide to not give the horse back and keep the horse for yourself, sell the horse to a different player, and/or rehome the horse), and/or being in this project just to earn money. If any of this is provable and if you've been given warnings before on the same issue, we will vote and decide from that vote.
5. Please do not share anything that is rude and/or inappropriate.
6. Please do not ask someone for their private/personal info. We don't need to know (and others don't need to know) your actual name, your home address, email/gmail, phone number, your birthdate, and/or the name of your school. Things like if you're in sports, places you've taken a vacation at, places you've visited, your favorites (like favorite movies, favorite books, favorite colors, etc.), and anything along those lines are okay. Our rules in dealing with this section, Section 6, are the same as the forum rules and chat room rules.
7. Just because you joined us doesn't mean that you have to be in this forever. If you feel that this isn't your thing, you may leave. If you leave but change your mind and want to join again, you are always allowed to rejoin (doesn't mean that if you were kicked out that you can rejoin instantly, that will need to be decided on with the rest of the members if you can rejoin if you had been kicked out, see Section 4 for rules of kicking players out).
8. We are allowed to refuse joining requests.
- Do we want our form, for players who want to join to fill out (maybe with the acception of invitations? Meaning that players who receive invitations don't have to fill this form out, but this only would apply to those who have really good Thoroughbreds and money), to look like this?:
1. Do you have a side account and if so, please tell us the side account (Ex: Summer Ranch is my side account):
2. How many Thoroughbreds do you have?:
3. About how much money do you have?:
4. Are you willing to help, contribute, and share your Thoroughbreds (putting stallions up for stud, selling, and/or leasing) with everyone else who's in the United Racing Thoroughbred Breeders Club?:
5. Have you read the Thoroughbred Standards and understand them?:
6. Are you trustworthy, respectful, reliable, and responsible?:
7. How often are you able to get on?:
8. If you are lacking anything needed for this project, please list what you need (like better Thoroughbreds, more money, etc.):
9. Have you read the rules, understand them, and are willing to follow the rules?:
- Also, a player named big daddy donut wants to join us. Do the rest of you want to let them in? In case we like the rules and the joining form, I've sent it to them to fill out.

True. we'll have to do a vote.buzzy wrote:Dont let big daddy in they seem like they want something plus their new.PeacefulOreo wrote:

Yeah, I figured that we'll do voting for players who ask to join us.KYTrainer wrote:True. we'll have to do a vote.buzzy wrote: Dont let big daddy in they seem like they want something plus their new.

Re: United Racing Thoroughbred Breeders Club: Group Chat Place
So who votes to let big daddy doughnut join us and who doesn't want to let them join us? Whichever gets the most votes will determine whether or not big daddy doughnut can join us.PeacefulOreo wrote:Yeah, I figured that we'll do voting for players who ask to join us.KYTrainer wrote: True. we'll have to do a vote.
Personally, I don't think I would let big daddy doughnut join just yet. Like what buzzy pointed out, they're newer, like less than a month ago. I haven't seen too many posts from them so I don't know about the about Section 5 of our rules for sure but they seem to be okay on that part currently. I think they should, for one thing, have actual Thoroughbreds (if the Thoroughbreds don't meet the standards, that's okay, just as long as they actually have Thoroughbreds). I would say that once they have some Thoroughbreds and once they're a little more familiar with the game (maybe have them wait another month or 2), then MAYBE I would be okay. For the trustworthy part, I'm not fully for sure yet.

Re: United Racing Thoroughbred Breeders Club: Group Chat Place
The trustworthy part from me is the fact that ive seen them spamming other forums asking for free horses and training. I will have to vote no for this one.PeacefulOreo wrote:So who votes to let big daddy doughnut join us and who doesn't want to let them join us? However, this brings an important point to me. Since we are wanting new members, may I be in charge of interviewing them and seeing if they're trustworthy? I just think we should someone, besides Peaceful since you have to run the club, be in charge of that role. And of course, we will still vote on them once they get the ok from the interviewer.

You can run the interviews, I don't mind.buzzy wrote:The trustworthy part from me is the fact that ive seen them spamming other forums asking for free horses and training. I will have to vote no for this one.PeacefulOreo wrote:

Re: United Racing Thoroughbred Breeders Club: Group Chat Place
You should run it and keep things organized. You are pretty good at it and you have been here a while. As for big daddy doughnut, we should wait as they are still new. Also, Buzzy will do a good job I bet interviewing our new members.PeacefulOreo wrote:You can run the interviews, I don't mind.buzzy wrote: The trustworthy part from me is the fact that ive seen them spamming other forums asking for free horses and training.
