Hello there!

My actual name is Emily, but I'll answer to Em, Jade, Jaded, or Heart as well. :) I'm almost sixteen years old (four days away!) and I reside in the southern Appalachian region of the US. I'm currently in my sophomore year of high school, and I plan on going into psychological rehabilitation (mental/asylum/sanitarium patients) and eventually branching out into other forms of rehab (drug, alcohol, veteran, criminal, and sudden/initiated trauma to name a few. Big plans haha.). I've been riding for almost ten years now, mostly in plantation pleasure Tennessee Walking Horses; and I don't have any horses of my own. I do, however, own a Labrador Retriever. I like a lot of other things, mostly various art forms like sketching, writing, and music. Roleplaying is another interest of mine; the name Riverhill Stables came from it (I'm also on HEE under the name Riverhill Stables).

My game mainly consists of breeding at least ten representatives of every breed known, with special emphasis on gaited and draft breeds. Conformation and appropriate color are a big factor in my stock, as well as gait, and eventually (if it's added) markings. I don't have many yet, but the game's only just begun. :)

I look forward to getting to know you!

Hello,

I go by Moragh or Mor. I must be one of those older members since I'm 60 and will turn 61 before the end of the year. :) I've loved horses most of my life, but never been able to own. I have taken some riding lessons over the years, but would still be considered a novice rider. Looking forward to learning to play this game.

Hello there!

I'm 29 years old and I live in Finland. I'm an art student and I love harness racing! I own a 2-year-old standardbred filly with about 800 other people! But she as much my horse as she is any of the other owners'. I also have two cats.

I used to play on Howrse but I got fed up with it.

My name is Rowan, I'm 23, and I'm from Missouri, USA! I've grown up with horses my whole life. I grew up riding Western, but joined the English-riding equestrian team during my college years and was quickly converted to all things English. After college, I came home and was given sporadic opportunities to interact with "problem" horses, or horses who were very green under saddle. I started learning natural horsemanship, problem solving, and had a lot of fun teaching horses liberty work as well.
These days, I am pretty rusty, and horse-less, but I have just bought my first house on 5 acres of land and I can't wait to buy a horse to call my own. For now I just have my chickens though. :D
In the past (and still on occasion) I can be found roleplaying on DeviantArt in the HARPG community, writing stories about my hroses and riders, and creating art of them.

My favorite breed is the Akhal Teke, and my favorite discipline is 3-Day-Eventing. I go to the Rolex in Kentucky to watch my favorite horses and riders compete every year. ^__^

Pleased to meet you all!

My name is Madeline. Im 16 years old and a Junior in highschool. Im not quite sure what i want to do as a job yet. However, i do know i would like to own a horse someday. I've been in love with these creatures since i was two years old. Ever since i first laid my eyes on horses, i've always wanted one. I came here because i used to play horse games as a child and i use it as a stress reliever when school gets tough. I ride a Quarter horse named Classy in real life. I do hunter jumping and i would like to progress.

Is anyone still reading this thread?

If so, I'm bored and decided to introduce myself as well. ;)
My name is Karoline, and I'm 17 years old. I live in a small town south of Aarhus, Denmark and spend my daytime studying in what I think is equivalent to the American highschool. In holidays I work at my old school (a one year experience school unique to Denmark where you go to a boarding school x college x something else. You often choose school based on your hobbies) where I take care of their horses. I also ride an Icelandic mare called Hátið multiple times a week and does groundwork too.

Should I throw in a picture? No? I'll do it anyway

My turn? Ok.

I'm pretty young and fairly new to riding but I LOVE IT. I don't personally have a horse of my own, but I would love to. There's a certain horse that I've been riding every lesson. I felt a connection the first time I went riding on him. He's so sweet and hopefully one day he'll be mine and we'll escape the city together. I doubt it but I can dream. :|

Well, I don't count as an older player :( I'm nearly fifteen, second year of highschool. Undecided on job... vet? Agriscience? Actor? No clue. I'm so close to buying my own horse - a beautiful chestnut minimal overo mare, nine year-old appendix quarterhorse, who is absolutely amazing. Horses essentially saved me because I've had depression issues in the past and had nothing to live for until I met a few special camp horses who taught me so much. I ride natural horsemanship style - barefoot and bitless, sometimes even without any headgear at all! It's my passion, I'd never put a bit on a horse again. Not planning on competing with Patent - the cute chestnut overo - even though she's very hot under saddle and ridiculously talented at jumping. So that's me - hello! :)

I'm a 17 year old player, never had horses, but I want to soo bad. I am a senior at my high school and I love horses and art! I plan to go into video and game design, but more along the lines of a game illustrator. XD Photoshop and SAI all the way! I have been drawing horses since I could pick up a pencil, though they weren't that good then. I've gotten much better though so that's a relief! I love to read though so reading, drawing, and playing horse games are my past time (lol). I have ridden horses before but I'm not very good. The fastest I've every gone on a horse is a canter because the horse I was riding wanted to race some barrels. Surprising for me, but he almost ran over the instructer soo.... yeah. lol not a very good rider.
