I am leasing this mare out!
500k for the foal. You breed a stallion to her and ill age and pop her. payment is due at time of foaling.
if you decline the foal when its born it will be sold for compensation - unless you pay 500k and you resell it for a larger vaule.

Any foals that are born a SOLID color will be rehomed and a FREE rebreed will be allowed.
If you want the solid foal it will be 50% off so it would be 250k for the foal.
