It counts as long as the end result is bred by you.

You have all done such amazing work on the Akhal-Teke horses and I have exciting news to share now... we are officially finished the Akhal-Teke breeding project!! For those of you haven't bred a 3rd generation or high Akhal-Teke this is your last call to get a trophy for contributing to the project!

Tomorrow, July 17 at around noon EST is the cut off for earning a trophy, and very shortly you will see the Akhal-Tekes appear in the Adoption Centre.

Awesome job everyone!

Congratulations everyone! 43 breeders have helped to create 482 Akhal-Tekes at 3rd generation purebred or higher including retired horses and unborn foals. Great job! Trophies will be handed out this afternoon as well as some interesting statistics about this project.

Oh, and of course you can expect to see the Akhal-Tekes added to the Adoption Centre today too :D . Great work!

This was indeed an interesting and fun participation event!

It's certainly trained me and opened my eyes to some things certainly. Although both of these first two breeds are easy (in the general scheme of things), there were indeed difficult things to tackle (of course, made much harder by some of the hard lines I took and others chose as well).

Either way, I like this. It was a good experience. 8-)

Note on things to work on: Will definitely need low COI grades of many sorts to help secure body form (conformation) and colors in future breeds.
