Alright, come to find out animation probably won't be a good idea.
As I was trying to animate the horse blinking, since the max size for avatars on HWO is so small, it kills the quality and makes the avatar look like a big blob I will have to make it without the animation.

Go to your "private messages" tab and then "profile" and you should see a button that says "edit avatar" or something like that and there's a blank spot to post a URL for your avatar

Huh. I was under the impresson non-premium users could still have avatars. Let me look around and see if I can find some answers.
