She would be called a graying silver buckskin... or just gray. Your choice.

As for 'black horses with with red mane and tail' we call them glitches.

However, this one, is not:



This second horse, may have been a part of some special-release (for halloween) horses that admin gave some of us a number of years ago. For some contest or other. They all looked similar to that horse, dark-chestnut (sooty chestnuts) with flaxen mane's and tails that gave a very spooky brilliance. Very pretty horses. And genetically breedable, IF you knew how to breed for and maintain that color. I don't know if anybody bred-for or maintained the look though.

Yes, that is a glitch horse. Horses from the AC sometimes do that. It's because of internet cache and somebody adopting an existing one, and in the meantime, the 'new' horse takes the place of the 'adopted' horse and some of the coat doesn't get cycled out. So... a glitch coat.

Manes are almost always correct though. That horse is a chestnut of some sort. Sometimes it's manes and tails are correct, but we've had some really funky and neat combinations.
