My requirements:
Build medium light to medium
40% to 60% body size
60% horse type to 62% pony type
I can use this filly easily to cross with my lighter Arab stallions, and honestly I can use any other Arabians that are heavier than my requirements as well

You didn't mention height requirements, so I am assuming his will be alright. I shouldn't produce anything smaller than him, actually, though I have some that are this small (and one living that's smaller), small, heavy arabians is not my intention. It's a leftover from the AC shetland sire I used at the very beginning of this project.
*Shrugs* That's what I get for using a short mare to begin with... But she's a strong producer otherwise.
