Honeysuckle started as a very bright chestnut then turned bright buckskin then light buckskin. Then kind of cremello/buckskin (very light). Then Honeysuckle turned Silver and then she went silver dappled and now she is Buckskin/Cremello Dappled (Very light though!)
I hope she has changed over time enough!

My horse Whisper Started light Bay and then turned dark bay then grey and then dappled (a few spots) now Whisper is FULL BLACK DAPPLE!

If you have a horse that started out one color and BAM! Changed as it grew up! Post it! If it started out super small and is suddenly huge, Post it!!! I am looking for changes in horses that you didn't see coming! The Wilder the better!

I got a few! I'm not sure how creative these are but this one got superrrrrrrrrr red



and this one got really dark



and this one went from seal bay to gray and lost all traces of his original color



and finally this on had a very interesting varnish

Echostorm; all of your horses are absolutely lovely! But as I explained in the rules, you can only enter one horse! As I said, they are all lovely but you need to pick one! Please let me know which one you pick as your entree in the competition.

Art horse, first of all wow. What an amazing change! but I am thinking, just to be fair, that Shiva should comment and clarify that that is your horse. I don't want anyone upset because you currently don't "own" her. I hope that is Ok, I don't want to make anyone upset but I think in order for me to count this entry Shiva should comment on how it is your horse. Then I would Gladly take your entry!!! That is a SUPER cool color change!! Have a great day! P.S Shiva just needs to comment before I judge, which I'm planning to do in 2 or so weeks so no hurry!

so excited to enter this comp!
as most of my horses are cremello arabians, bred for competing, they dont change much however, two things:
1. as a slightly patriotic australian, i'm breeding australian horses and ponies in an attempt to make them more common on HWO.
2. I seriously love the paint pattern - but its rather uncommon among arabians...
hence - ive done a bit of breeding for both these projects. both are still only very new, and certainly not in advanced stages, but naturally, ive fallen in love with the first successful horses from these projects

one of my first Australian brumbies with a 5* evaluation is gumleaf. I named him as such becuase of the reference to the native australian tree, and, because his color represented it. since his birth, he changed quite drastically. perhaps a more experienced player might have been able to predict it, i dont know - but for sure, i didnt see the beautiful dappled coloring that gumleaf has now coming from the bland color he was at birth.

as far as the pinto arabians go, my first mare was born with a very light coat, with very light markings. i got so excited, becuase she was so light - (and they are my favoruite) i knew she would darken - but just not quite to this extent...

my final entry, though, has to be gumleaf. the color of his coat, the sheen from his training, the dapples, and the slight speckling across his back, really reminds me of the gumtrees just beyond our backyard. he truely is a 'fair dinkum aussie'
