Unfortunately, white is currently not present in the game. There are players who attempt to breed pseudo-white horses - which are triple dilutes. I do, however, have a few heterozygous creams available, however none of them are particularly good at show jumping:

I can also attempt to find a more suitable horse on the market although that may take a week to train.

If you don't mind waiting 1-2 weeks, then I could breed a horse (either Boerperd x a show jumping stud or one of my sprint racers to a heavy horse) and the resulting foal should be decent at show jumping.
