Updates from me:

Currently working on some Doles that'll be 4-5* for North Swedish. I'm crossbreeding for those since I don't have any Doles; I'm at 50% Dole and waiting for them to grow up. Next'll be probably 75%, then 95%, then 100% Dole. It could take me a little while with this method, but it's more guaranteed than trying to make more Doles and hoping they're okay for what I'm making.

I'm also working on some Forest Horses for North Swedish; I'm trying to get HGP up higher from the average 40k without crossbreeding them.

Awesome, I know Callen was working on high HGP Forest Horses, but I'm not sure any of them would evaluate for the North Swedish. Doesn't hurt to check, tho

Okay, so currently there are 4 active Latvians. Which means someone managed to breed two of them. I saw RoseOak had one up for stud (He's private, so don't use him), so maybe they managed to get one? Anyway, that may help our Breeders and Extra Breeders to show them that it is possible. So, y'all that are discouraged, don't give up. It is extremely possible and will only be done through perseverance.
