Re: Welsh Cob Stallion for Stud?

Post by Rodeo_Ace »

There is a really old thread for Welsh Cobs in the breeding communities, that would be the best place to move the conversation. There are only 22 Cobs in the game and most of them are being used for other rare breeds. I haven't found a farm yet with good solid Welsh Cobs. I am wondering though where you getting the North African barb x Arabian mix? Which breed in the line should this be producing?

I am trying to breed more Norfolk Trotters because the Spanish Barb part of the Welsh Cob is extremely difficult and requires me to go more further back than going on the Norfolk Trotter side. If needed I will breed some more Spanish Barbs but in this case I'd rather not if not needed. We want new blood we may need to go back to the beginning, which I am already on! We can move there if you want just post your reply there and I'll check back there.
