Nope, I'm not expecting you to adjust the weight or temperament. Utilize whatever feed works best for you.

You should train up stamina first, it'll cut down on your overall training time. 70% to 80% of the entire training time will be for stamina and the rest of that time will be used for all the other stats. If you don't train stamina first, you'll be spending 3 times or much longer training the horse.
Otherwise, he's looking good.
