Yes, she's definitely a dark red dun - her mane is red and would've been black if she was bay dun or grullo/grulla

Red duns in this game do not look like irl red duns, but I agree yours is very dark. On my computer it looks liker her mane and tail is red, which would make her red dun

Yes, her mane is red.
I took a picture of her and one of this guy (who is a grullo) and brightened it. Your horse is on the left, the other one is on the right.
