I am currently using this farm for services to the public. I am going to be providing services as listed down below. Please be patient with me. I hope you all enjoy my services.

The Training Portion
I am going to be training horses up to 90-95% in all stats for 10k. The reason for this low price is that it may take up to a week to train your horse. I will put your horse to moderate weight if not stated otherwise. Your horse will age 2.5-3.5 years depending on the horse. I will train a horse of any age, however, if it dies in my care, I will not be held responsible as you should know the risks of sending an old horse to a training facility. You will have 2 weeks to pick up your horse until I am obligated to keep it or sell it.

Aging Barn
I have also decided to open a barn for aging. If you want a foal aged or a pregant mare to be foaled. I charge 100 dollars for a pregant mare to foal and I charge 300 dollars for a foal to be aged. If you want a different amount aged, we can work out a price. You have 2 weeks to pick up your horse.

Boarding
The final service offered is boarding. I will keep your horse on my side account. I will charge 100 dollars every real day for you to keep your horse there.
