The studs I have in mind for you do not meet your GP requirements, but you can take a look at them to see if they are ideal when it comes to confo/colors. They both have 5* Arabian eval, and my dappled has mares in foal atm so I can see if his get ever produce his color and confo.
I wasn't sure if you wanted appaloosa coloring or simply dapples, so I did both.
