Evaluate Book Thing??

I just bought a TB book thing and I am not sure what it's for or how to activate it? What is this?

So, how you use it is you go into a horse's profile, then you click on the tab that says 'Eval' and then you click on the book you want to use, then you click 'Evaluate' and it will tell you how many of the 5 requirements for the breed it meets. This is helpful when creating new breeds.
