I breed Arabians and I don't know what I would want for a conformation, so I would really appreciate if someone could help me. Thank you!

It depends on where you want to take your arabians. If you want to stylize them after real life ones, I might suggest endurance. Or sprint, could also choose poles. These three help to highlight the specialty that is the arabian breed. Fast and long-winded.
In fact, AC arabians are fairly good in endurance already.

Consider these thoughts:
Do you want an unusual arabian breed? Does that mean color or discipline? Or does that mean size either height or body?
Do you want a breed that sticks to real life or not?
What stat or stats would you choose for your breed to highlight? Intelligence? (possibly western would be the way to go) Speed? (then one of the racing disciplines might fit) Movement? and so on.
