Silver Crest Stables (SCS) is one of EUs leading stud farms. Our farm is described as both a riding centre, stud farm and a riding school. Our farm breeds many different high quality sires. We actually have a champion stud currently. Feel free to visit him here. The reason the name is "Silver Crest" is that we once owned a stallion named Silver Crest. In the start we actually thought he was just another stallion. But when he got old, we realized how much we loved him. He had lived here since almost the start. Here he is, if you wanna see him.


Studding

We have only broodmares on the farm currently, but we have different accounts, where some of our studs are at. 

We start setting a colt for stud when they are 4 years old. They are usually at the price from $1000 to $5000 depending on the dam or sire, the coat and conformation. 


Selling

We do sell our horses sometimes. It's usually the "failed" foals (when they have no good stats or reds). We don't start selling the horses before they are considered stallions or mares (females: 4 yrs old / males: 3 yrs old). The prices here vary alot. We don't sell for less than $500. Yes, we have before, but this is a new rule.

Show horses prices are made from how much money they have earned trough their showing. But if they have rare colors or something special except their show ability, their price may rise. Also if they have a famous sire or dam, their price will also rise.

We rarely sell broodmares, but when we do the price is made only from what their offspring are, their colors are, and their conformation.
